YOUNG AMBASSADOR CHEF TO experience a PADDOCK TO PLATE JOURNEY with greenstone creek

We are delighted to announce that Greenstone Creek and have come on board to sponsor a Paddock to Plate experience for the 2021 Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef. 

To showcase the best beef dishes on a menu chefs needs to start with an amazing product.  New Zealand farmers are renowned for growing the best beef in the world and Greenstone Creek have taken that a step further by creating an exceptional range of beef which is free-range, hand-selected, aged and has a marble score of 4+, to create the ultimate eating experience.

Greenstone Creek are proud to support young emerging chefs and have arranged a two-day visit to show the Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef the process of creating their superior beef products right from the paddock to the plate.

The two-day visit will include an informative farm tour, a tour of ANZCO’s Eltham Processing Plant with a look through the further processing room where Greenstone Creek is hand selected and a mentoring session with a Greenstone Creek Chef followed by dinner. All transport, accommodation (if required), transfers and meal costs will be covered for the young chef.
